Use

This function module enables a leave request to be deleted. If you use this function module, you can provide your users with a function to delete leave requests that have not yet been posted as absences to the infotypes.

Prerequisites

To make the function user-friendly, you should first provide a list of the leave requests on the user interface. Employees should then be able to select the leave requests they want to change.

Features

The function module returns:

  • A message notifying the employee whether the request could be changed successfully
  • Error messages notifying employees of any error situations
  • The ID of the new request
  • The function module also returns a message table. It contains the error messages issued when the request was deleted.
