PT_ARQ_ESA_REQUEST_MODIFY - Modify a leave request using ESA Services

Use

This function module enables a leave request to be changed. If you use this function module, you can provide your employees with a function for changing absences that have not yet been approved.

Prerequisites

To make the function user-friendly, you should first provide a list of the leave requests on the user interface. Employees should then be able to select the leave requests they want to change.

Features

The function module returns:

• A message notifying the employee whether the request could be changed successfully

• Error messages notifying employees of any error situations

• The ID of the new request

• The function module also returns a message table. It contains the error messages issued when the request was changed.
