PT_ESA_REQUEST_DETAIL - ESA leaves requests detail

Use

This function module provides detailed information about an employee's leave request. You can use the function module to enable employees and approvers to branch from a list of leave requests to a detailed information view for the request itself and the absences requested.

Prerequisites

You should first provide your employees with a list of their leave requests, since the function module does not use the personnel number as an input parameter, only the ID of the leave request.

Features

This function module provides the following information about the leave requests:

• Details about the leave requests

• Details about the absences requested

• Details about the deduction of the absence requested

• Details about the corresponding time accounts and time account balances for the requested absence

The function module also returns a message table. It contains the error messages issued when the data was read.
