Functionality

This function module selects inspection specification data for a characteristic in a certificate profile. The inspection specifications are loaded from an inspection lot, or from a partial lot for a batch from the production chain.

When the specifications are loaded, the system takes the table of materials that is specified in the certificate profile into account: The batch where-used lists are loaded first, starting with the batch and material in the document. The system produces a table of the batches that make up the batch you entered. In some cases the batches may be the product of several production steps. The system only copies those batches from this table that were predefined in the table of materials in the certificate profile.
The system therefore selects lots for the batches that appear both in the where-used list and the list of materials in the certificate profile. The inspection lots and partial lots are selected according to the sequence of materials specified in the certificate profile, until the results data for the required characteristic is found.
If a specific material was planned for the characteristic, the system only selects lots for a batch of this material.

You cannot use this module for a general characteristic.

The output format specified for quantitative data in the certificate profile is taken into account. Descriptive short texts for individual data are also loaded in the specified language.
All selected data is provided by the output structure QCSPEC. This structure can be accessed in the certificate form.

You can use this function module (and all other modules of this function group) as a copy model for your own modules.

To use this function module in the certificate profiles, you must enter the module in the table for the origin of characteristic specifications.
