Task

Acceptance decision for a qualitative inspection characteristic using the number of defects identified according to a n-c, or n-c-d relationship (special case d c + 1).

If a valuation is not possible, the system switches to a manual valuation.

Interface

To valuate the inspection characteristic or the sample, the following information is required:

• Sampling plan n-c-d

• Number of inspected and valid values

• Number of defects identified

This information is given in the corresponding fields of the valuation structure.

Additional information

If the appropriate setting was made for the task list characteristic, the function module automatically creates defect data records, if the characteristic is rejected.
