Task

Valuation of an inspection characteristic with unlinked partial samples, based on the worst-case principle:
The characteristic is rejected, if one or more valid partial samples for the characteristic in the sample table are rejected.

Interface

To valuate the sample, a sample table with at least one valid, valuated sample is required.

This information is transferred to the function module via the interface.

Additional Information

In the case of a rejection, the function module can automatically create defect records, if the inspection characteristic is set accordingly.

Generally, the function module rejects the characteristic, if one or more samples were rejected.
For the least number of rejected samples required to reject a characteristic, a constant (L_MAX_REJECTED_SAMPLES) is defined, that can be set to a higher value n. In this case, the characteristic is only rejected after n or more samples were rejected.
