QFOA_QM_CHAR_TO_PM_E_POINTS - Follow-Up Action: Transfer of QM Charac. Results to PM Measuring Points
ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plans General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Functionality
This follow-up action can be used to transfer QM inspection results to the equipment/functional locations in PM as measurement documents. Both quantitative inspection characteristics (measured values) and qualitative inspection characteristics (characteristics with catalog attributes) are considered by the system. The link between the master inspection characteristics and the measuring points is created via a class characteristic.
Example
Notes
The measurement results are taken from the QASR record (sample confirmation). They are linked to the inspection point record (QAPP) via the sample number. Equipment numbers and functional locations are stored in the QAPP.
Further information
The program follows these steps:
- It collects all valuated inspection points (QAPP) in the table G_PMO_TAB.
- It collects all inspection characteristics with a link to a class characteristic (QAMV-ATINN) in the table G_QAMV_TAB.
- It collects all measuring points for the objects in step 1 (QAPP-EQUNR or QAPP-TPLNR) in the table G_IMPT_TAB.
- It collects all (valid) sample confirmation records (results for inspection points) in the table G_QASR_TAB.
- It creates the measurement documents by LOOP via G_IMPT_TAB (measuring points):
- It fetches the inspection characteristic for the measuring point from table G_QAMV_TAB.
- It determines the inspection point(s) for the inspection characteristic so it can use the sample number to read the relevant sample record in table G_QASR_TAB.
- It copies the data in the sample record (for example, the mean value or the characteristic attribute) as a measurement document into table G_RIMR_TAB and transfers it to the equipment or functional location history.
