This function module is used only as a copy model for function modules that are carried out as follow up actions.
User-defined function modules, therefore, should also be assigned to a user-defined group!

When you call up this module an express document is sent. This document is sent to the inbox of whoever made the usage decision. From there it can then be distributed further.

The mail document contains the following information:

  • Material/batch
  • Lot quantity and sample quantity
  • Completed quantity postings
  • Usage decision
  • Quality score
  • Administrative data
  • The long text for the usage decision
