Functionality

This function module serves as a copy model for customer-specific function modules to be implemented in the inspection plan or in results recording for the calculation of formulas.

The function module receives all current single records as an input (whereby the inspection lot, operation and current characteristic are always filled). The current tables are also transferred.

When called up at the:

• sample level : I_QASPR is filled

• single value level: I_QASER is filled

• class level : I_QAKLR is filled

The calculated value (floating point format) is expected as the output value.

In the specific example, measured values are copied from a PC file. The user selects the PC file in a file selection dialog box.

Notes

This example merely shows the technique you can use to transfer results from a PC file. In practice, different file formats and methods will be available for determining the file name.
