Functionality

You can use this function module to document a telephone call in the form of an activity for a notification (quality notification, maintenance notification).

You can enter the following in a dialog box:

  • Conversation data (the current date and time are proposed for both the start and the end of the conversation)
  • Call partner (the current user is proposed as the caller; the person called can be selected from the partners assigned to the notification using the F4 help)
  • Status of the conversation
  • Subject of the conversation

The entry of the text related to the subject of the conversation is performed using Table Control.

Example

Notes

The entries are completely copied to the long text of the generated activity. In additon, the section Execution is filled with the conversation data and the short text is filled with the status of the activity.
