QRKS_MATERIAL - Control Chart for Characteristic/Material

Functionality
Enter the function module QRKS_MATERIAL in an SPC criterion in QM Customizing, if you want to use this criterion to manage control charts for a characteristic on a cross-lot basis, and you need to create a new chart for each material.
The function module will be called up automatically during inspection processing at the point when the sample is calculated, in order to assign an open quality control chart to the characteristic. If the search is unsuccessful, a new quality control chart will automatically be created.
When the assignment is made, the following criteria will be checked for agreement:
- SPC criterion
- plan type
- plan number
- plan alternative
- plan sequence
- plan node
- characteristic number
- control chart type
- material
If more than one open quality control chart exists that meets all of the criteria, the newest chart will be assigned.

Notes
Use SPC criteria with this function module, if the materials have different target values.
