Functionality

This function module is used as a follow-up function for the notification in a stability study.

It is used to create the testing schedule (technically identical to the maintenance plan) for a stability study.

For each physical sample for a storage condition, an item is created in the testing schedule (maintenance plan).

The following data can be specified on a popup related to the creation of the testing schedule:

  • Maintenance plan: Default number of study if possible
  • Maintenance plan category: Default "Maintenance Plan for Stability Study"
  • Maintenance strategy
  • Scheduling period
  • Inspection type: Default "16".

The item short text is automatically contains the description of the relevant storage condition.

The prepopulation of the maintenance plan number with the number of the study can only take place if the value lies within a valid external number range for maintenance plan numbers. If this is not the case, the user must assign a number.

If you created the testing schedule using the relevant follow-up function, then you can later access it for processing using another follow-up function in the stability study. Before the scheduling of a testing schedule can take place, you must add an inspection plan assignment to each item in the testing schedule, to provide specifications for the inspection lot creation for each item and storage condition.

This function module is used in conjunction with the function module QST01_FA_CREATE_SCHEDULE_PLAN (action for notification). The further transaction flow is controlled in this function module (QST01_FA_CREATE_SCHEDULE_PLAN).
