Functionality

This function module, which is a follow-up function for a notification, is used to complete the stability study.

The relevant status cannot be revoked and does not allow any other statuses to be set in the stability study.

The following activities are performed when the study is completed:

  • The relevant user status "Completed" is set in the study.
  • The relevant maintenance plan (testing schedule) is deactivated.
  • All relevant samples (initial sample and storage conditions) are locked.

You can only complete the study if there are no outstanding (not skipped) dates in the testing schedule.

You must manually cancel existing, outstanding inspection lots. You must print the sample removal list for all stability samples.

Notes

This function module is used in conjunction with the function module QST01_FA_FINISH_STABI_STUDY (action for notification), which controls the subsequent transaction flow.
