Functionality

This function module is used in a follow-up function in a stability study notification.

It serves to release a previously created sample for the initial sample.

The physical-sample drawing for the notification is used to determine the sample.

The fields primary packaging, date of receipt (if necessary, pre-filled with the current date), and sample quantity must be maintained for the release.

You can also maintain the fields physical-sample container, storage condition, storage location, and short text. In addition, you can print labels for the sample.

This function module is used in conjunction with the function module QST01_FA_RELEASE_INIT_SAMPLE (action for notification), in which the subsequent transaction flow is controlled.
