Functionality
This function module provides an overview of the test data for a stability study. It displays the stability history.
On the basis of a study number, inspection lot, or testing schedule (maintenance plan), all the inspection lots belonging to the study are read, that is, the inspection lot for the initial test, as well as all the manually or automatically generated lots for the individual storage conditions.
A usage decision must be made so that the inspection lots are taken into consideration.
All the inspected characteristics with results are then read.
For the initial test and each storage condition, a respective table is displayed on its own tab page in a 'tab strip'.
The table for the initial test contains a list of all the characteristics inspected there, with specifications and results.
A table for a storage condition contains a list of all the characteristics inspected for this storage condition or for the initial test in merged form. The characteristic for the storage condition leads: The master inspection characteristic for the storage condition is used to search for the identical master characteristic in the initial test, and the results are displayed beside each other.
If no result is found, then the corresponding field stays empty.
If a master inspection characteristic is used twice for a storage condition, then the value for the initial test appears twice.
In the table for a storage condition, the results for the different inspection lots are displayed in their own column. The lots can have been created manually, or as maintenance call objects for the testing schedule.
For lots created from call objects, the call object is displayed as the column header, for example, '3 months', '6 months', and so on. For lots created manually, the creation date of the inspection lot is used.
These columns are displayed chronologically, so that the user can trace the run of the results for a characteristic throughout the whole study.
By double-clicking on a results field, the user can branch into the detailed view for this result.
If an inspection description has previously been created for a result, then this is indicated by a corresponding icon beside the result, and the user can display the text by clicking on the icon.
The list displayed can be downloaded to an Excel sheet.

Within the stability study, you can use a transaction to call up the stability history in results recording and in the usage decision, using a follow-up function for the study.
BAdI technology is used to display the stability history in results recording and in the usage decision.
