This function module is called by purchasing document/contract maintenance OR sales document/contract maintenance.

For order types it is possible to set the active Control Segment indicator in the tables T161 (MM), TVAK (SD).

If the indicator is active, it is not necessary to maintain control segments; in document maintenance the system notifies a user if control segments exist -- then several checks for quantities and delivery date are involved.

It is possible to have contract control segments without call-off control segments; in this case the system updates only the call-offs in the contract scheduled lines dependent on the delivery date.

If additional control segments for a call-off exist, the system updates the quantities in the related call-offs scheduling line(s) at the time of delivery creation/goods receipt .

In delivery creation/goods receipt the user gets no information if at first the user maintains the control segments for the contract and then for the call-offs.

It is possible to create control segments after the document (via change mode in document maintenance).

In document maintenance there are some messages controlled by table T160M (quantity/delivery date checks).

Special Functions

  • With the special function CHSQ you can:
  • correct the value scheduled quantity for each scheduling line manually,

  • correct the value receipt quantity for each scheduling line manually (field not yet used in IS-Oil standard based 2.2D)

  • With the special function ASAV it is possible to save creation control segments, or the difference between document data and control segments without the scheduling screen in combination with the SKIP-indic.

Further, for the overview screen it is also possible to maintain control segments in a simple way.

Tablesused for control segment:

MM - EKPO, EKKO, EKET, T161, OIA06H, OIA06, OIA01, T001W, OIA09H,

OIA09, TOIA3, TOIAG.

SD - VBAP, VBAK, VBEP, TVAK (TVKO), OIA05H, OIA05, OIA01, T001W,

OIA09H, OIA09, TOIA3, TOIAG.

Messagesused for exchange control segment:

- message area O1, messages 001 - 099.

Reports related to control segments:

- ROIAAM00, ROIACM10, ROIACM20, ROIACS00, ROIACS10

The ROIACM00 report permits a function module to be called without a purchasing/sales interface.

  • Warning: No enqueue is being processed if you use the update function with the MM/SD connection.
