Functionality
This module reads all the recipes in table IT_KEYNR based on the validity parameters I_VALFROM and I_VALTO.
The I_FLG_RANGE_INDEP flag always returns a recipe entry, even if it is not within the scope of application.
Export parameters:
ET_RCP Contains all the recipe entries found
ET_AENNR Contains all the change numbers for the recipes (independent of the scope of application)
ET_SEL_RCP_AENNR Contains all the change statuses of the recipes for the entered scope of application
