Functionality

This function module checks whether the dependent or building block equipment requirement is valid.

The building block is checked against the validity parameters I_VALFROM and I_VALTO.

The dependent object is checked against the change number tables (IT_AENNR, IT_SEL_AENNR_RCP) and the currently valid equipment requirement is determined.
