Functionality
This module reads all the equipment requirements in the IT_KEYNR table based on the validity parameters I_VALFROM and I_VALTO.
The I_FLG_RANGE_INDEP always returns an equipment requirement, even if it is not within the scope of application.
Export parameter:
ET_EQR Contains all the equipment requirement entries found
