Functionality

The function RCP702_RCP_FIND_BY_HEAD is used to search for recipes.

You search for recipes using data stored in the Basic Data recipe view. You can control the search using the following parameters, which you enter on the initial screen or on the corresponding search screen in the Recipe Information System:

• Basic data that is to be considered, for example, the name and description of the recipe, the reference quantity and lot size, and so on.
  You can also make a generic entry for the name and description by entering an asterisk (*).

• Administrative data, such as the creator and creation date, last changed by, and change date.

Note

Note the following points when searching via lot size range:

• The system finds all the recipes whose lot size range intersects the search interval Lower limit of lot-size range/ Upper limit of lot-size range. The lot size range of the recipe, therefore, does not have to be identical to the lot size range in the search function.

• If you only use the Upper limit of lot-size range parameter in the search, the Lower limit of lot-size range parameter is automatically assigned the value 0.

• No units of measure are used to calculate the intersection.
