Functionality

This sample function module is defined for event 0081 (Change Header Data on Selection Screen) and is used to collect all the specific supplementary header data grouped based on your requirements. For example, if you want to display different supplementary data for each company code, you can use this function module to set up the data per company code. When you enter the relevant company code on the reporting framework selection screen, and then choose the Supplementary Data for Reportpushbutton, the system displays the company-code-relevant supplementary data that you can then edit.

Note:

If you implement this function, you must also implement a function module in event 0080 (Prepare Header Data).
