Functionality

Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench nominations (IS-Oil): Change nominations

In general you should :

Specify only those fields that should be changed

Select the fields by entering an X in the checkboxes

Enter a U in the UPDATEFLAG field

Always specify key fields when changing the data, including the checkboxes

Possible UPDATEFLAGS:

U = change

D = delete

I = add (only possible for nomination line items)

Examples

Change Nomination Header
Change Nomination Items Data (such as scheduled quantity or date, for example)
Update Nomination Events

Note

Minimum entry

You must enter at least the nomination number (field NOMINATIONNUMBER_SAP) in the structure HEADERDATA_IN.
You must always enter key fields for changes.
You must always specify the update indicator in HEADERDATA_INX.

Commit control:

The BAPI does not run a database commit, which means that the
application must trigger the commit so that the changes are read to the
database. To do this, use BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT BAPI.
