Functionality

You can use this function module to create purchasing documents out of inbound order plan data. The function module is provided as part of the integration with the application component CA-RT-XRP (SAP Store Replenishment), which is based on SAP Customer Activity Repository. It is assigned to the function group RFM_XRP_ORDERPLAN, which resides in the component S4CORE, in the package RFM_XRP.

The function module has the following input values:

  • Order Plan Items (Table)

The function module transforms the order plan data in such a way that it can be consumed by the function for grouping order list items into purchase orders. Depending on the Customizing settings defined for this function, the data is either written to a buffer table or directly used to create purchase orders.

The function module has the following exporting parameters:

  • ET_ORDERPLANITEM_TRANSFERRED: List of Order Plan Item UUIDs which have been successfully posted
  • ET_ORDERPLANITEM_TRANSFERFAILD: List of Order Plan Item UUIDs which could not be posted
  • Further details on errors during processing are available in application log object RFM_XRP_ORDERPLAN.

This function module can only be used in the context of SAP Store Replenishment integration.
