Functionality

This function module writes the qualifications imparted by a development plan to the corresponding person's qualifications profile. The qualifications are added to the profile when the person in question completes the development plan (i.e. end date of development plan). If the person already has a qualification (and the proficiency of this qualification is higher than the same qualification in the development plan), the original qualification is not changed.

If the development plan does not impart any qualifications, this triggers the exception NOTHING_TO_DO.
