RPM_MSP_GETLIST - To get the list of relevant projects from MSPS2003

Functionality

This FM first authenticates the user, and get the list of projects and project templates from the Microsoft Project Server(MSPS) for which the user has rights.

The list of projects is used when an upload from MSPS to RPM is to take place. This allows the user to choose the project and link it to the RPM project.

The list of templates is used when a download from RPM to MSPS is to take place. This allows the user to choose the template which is to be used for creating a new project in MSPS.
