Functionality

This function module stores wagetypes containing garnishment payments in table RT. It furthermore stores the information about the bank transfer in table BT, if the user specifies this.

The following aspects exist:

  • The garnishment payment wagetypes are assigned the BT-split, if an entry is generated in table BT.
  • The garnishment payment wagetypes are assigned the V0-split, if the user specifies this. The V0-number is obtained from table V0GRN, which the user specifies
  • If a currency is specified for the bank transfer that is different from the working currency, then a currency conversion is performed. An exception is raised, if such a conversion cannot be performed.
  • The sum of all garnishment payments is accumulated in a technical wagetype, if such a wagetype is specified. This wagetype carries no splits.
  • The sign of the garnishment payment wagetypes is changed, if the user specifies this.
