RSDDCVER_NUMBER_RANGE_ALL - Check number range and max. SID (all characteristics)

Functionality

For all Basis characteristics, compare the status of the number range for the SID with the largest SID given up to now. The status of the number range has to be larger or equal to the largest SID. You can remove errors that this function determines in transaction RSRV.
