RSEC_WHERE_USED_SCREEN - Lists Users with Specific Authorization
BAL Application Log Documentation General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Functionality
To use a where-used list, a user must have display authorizations to list a user that assigned an authorization.
(S_RSEC: Field: USER Value: User name, Activity: Display (03) )
If the user does not have this authorization, the relevant user of the where-used list is not listed.
Example
Authorization AUTH1 is to be listed in the where-used list. The system determines that the following users assigned this authorization (either manually or using profiles for authorization object S_RS_AUTH):
USER1: AUTH1
USER2: AUTH1
Smith: AUTH1
...
If the user does not have read authorization for Smith (but for the others only), the relation Smith:AUTH1 is not displayed. The exception not_complete is returned instead.
If there is no authorization to display relations, exception no_auth is set.
If relations cannot be displayed because they do not exist, exception auth_not_used is set.
