RSSCM_GET_SYSTEM_SETTINGS_SCM - Get APO enabled/disabled and clients for BW extraction

Functionality

This function module returns the settings made in customizing transaction RSSCM_APPL. It returns the following parameters:

EV_APO_ENABL: This parameter is initial when APO component is disabled or 'X' when APO component is enabled. If the setting cannot be found, the function exits with exception DATA_NOT_FOUND.

ET_BWCLNT: This parameter is optional and returns the clients used for BW data extraction per SCM component except of APO. If the function is called by such an application and APO is enabled there has to be a client specified for this application. If not, application should trigger an errorr.
