RSSH_HIERARCHY_TEXT_GET - Read Standard Text for Hierarchy

Functionality

This function module reads the text for a hierarchy. Parameter I_FLG_TEXT can be used to select the text type (short, medium, or long). If the text does not exist, the next shortest text is returned or the hierarchy name if a shorter text does not exist.
