RSSH_HIERARCHY_TIMEDEP_GET - Hierarchy: Check whether hierarchy is time dependent

Functionality

The function module checks whether the hierarchy entered is time-dependent with regard to the structure and name.

The check only delivers real time dependencies, this means the validity periods must be restricted. (DATEFROM > 00.00.0000 and
DATETO < 31.12.9999).

E_STRUCTURE_TIMEDEPF = RS_C_TRUE (X): Structure is time-dependent

E_NAME_TIMEDEPFL = RS_C_TRUE (X): Name is time-dependent
