RS_TR_WRITE_OBJECTS_TO_REQUEST -

Functionality

This module is used to write BW objects to one or more requests. It is called from the object collector or directly from the maintenance transactions.

For local objects, a local request is called by means of a dialog box. For transportable objects, a transportable request is called by group depending on the transport target.

The module sends a TADIR dialog box for local objects. These objects, as well as objects that do not have a TADIR entry, are assigned the specified package. Alternatively, the package can be specified for each object in parameter I_T_TR_OBJECTS-DEVCLASS.

If parameter I_REQUEST_TYPE is filled, a request of this type is called and the system attempts to write all of the objects to this request. This parameter should, however, not be used for the standard transport system in BW.
