RTP_US_API_CALC_FMV - calculates the fair market value of a retirement plan

Functionality

This function reads the current balances of all the accounts linked to a specific retirement plan. From these balances, the current fair market value is being calculated. This program cannot be used to determine the fair market value of a retirement plan in the past.
