RV_ADDRESSFILE_MAINTAIN - Processing an address extract

This function module supports the processing of an address list.

The COMMIT WORK is carried out by the calling program.

If the module is called up with 'B' mode, the calling program first has to block the address management data before carrying out COMMIT WORK, i.e. the calling program must call up the ADDRESS_ENQUEUE function module using 'A' mode.
