SACMDT_DCLS_CDS_VIEW_NAMETAB - Update nametab of referenced CDS views in DCLS

Functionality

The function module extracts the objects R3TR DCLS (CDS access control documents) from the importing table and updates the NAMETAB of the protected CDS views from the CDS access control documents.
The protected CDS views are defined in CDS access control document by syntax "GRANT SELECT ON ".

Messages are logged into SACMLOG for the protected entity in question.
