SAMPLE_INTERFACE_00011035 - Correspondence on Fixing Term Agreements

Functionality

Use this event to notify your customers when a term agreement is fixed. You may, for example, want to issue a deposit certificate containing details of the term agreement that is fixed.

Note:The default implementation of the business transaction event (BTE) creates a correspondence request.

The system calls the BTE if you have set the Certificate/Term Fixing indicator on the Term Agreement: Fixed-Term Deposittab page. BTE 00011035 is called by the Fix Fixed-Term Deposit Accountreport (RFBKTTERMCONTROL) for the following:

• Term agreements that were fixed successfully

• Term agreements that received the In Postprocessingstatus during the fixing process

Notes

The IT_BKKTERM_COND_UPD parameter contains the term agreement details after it is fixed while the IT_BKKTERM_COND_OLD parameter contains the term agreement details before it was fixed. Both the parameters transfer information such as:

• Internal and external account number

• Certificate number

• Term duration and unit

• Contract amount

• Term start and term end

• Term agreement status

• Collection date

The system also transfers the following information to the BTE:

• Basic account details in the Current Account Master Data: Operative Data (I_BKK42) parameter

• Term agreement details in the Master Data: Fixed-Term Deposit (I_BKK58) parameter

The BTE sets the return parameter (E_RETURN) if the processing fails for any correspondence recipient, and logs the error messages in the application log.
