SCP_LOGON_LANGUAGES - Languages that are allowed as logon languages

Functionality

Determines the list of logon languages that are allowed in a system.

The system returns a character string that lists all allowed internal language keys.

The listed logon languages are defined by an intersection of languages
activated by the configuration report RSCPINST and the current value in profile parameter 'zcsa/installed_languages'.
