SCP_POSSIBLE_LANGUAGES_CP - Possible languages for the current code page

Functionality

Determines the list of languages that are possible in a system and that use the same code page as the work process is currently using.

The system returns a character string that lists the possible internal language keys complying with the above conditions.

Notes

Possible languages are NOT necessarily equivalent to allowed languages in a system. To obtain allowed languages only, use function module SCP_ALLOWED_LANGUAGES _CP.

SCP_POSSIBLE_LANGUAGES_CP and SCP_ALLOWED_LANGUAGES _CP replace the obsolete function module SCP_LANGUAGES_IN_INSTANCE_CP, which includes a length restriction within its export parameter.

The following function module answers a similar question: SCP_IS_LANGUAGE_USABLE_CP.
