Functionality

This function module performs a 'create/attach' on the CCMS domain and the local system in the CCMS system repository. The function module ensures that these two objects, their 'Name' attributes (keys) and the association between them are present in the repository (are created, if the repository has never been filled, are returned, if this has already been done).

The fuba returns the parents tables to use for registering objects on the same level as the system and for objects that are hierarchically lower than the system.
