SFTGL_GET_CUSTOMIZABLE_TOGGLES - Get list of toggles that may be customized in this client

Functionality

Get the list of all Feature Toggles that might be customized in this client.

A toggle is not listed as customizable, if

• it is in status "released" and thus always on.

• it is in development or test status and the client is productive in a customer system. In this case the toggle is always off.
