Functionality
The main objective of this function is to calculate the NPVP(SR) Component.
The amount and percentage may differ from one scheme of officers to
another scheme.
For example NPVP(SR) calculation for daily rated employee is as follows:
2000 NPVP(SR) = 3.8% x (Basic Salary + MVC + NPC) + $50/26

The above table is used to maintain the NPVP percentage and dollar quantum which also stores
the return code from the feature 25NPS
2. 25NPS - Feature to determine the eligibility grouping
