SGT_ROUTING_UPDATE_PREPARE - Prepare segmentations update for routing

- Global ITAB GT_PLANKO is using for:

To get group number while creating routing for first time

and to delete segment record if task list is set to be delete

- Loop is preparing final entries in GT_SGT_PLKOS_DB which are result of segmentation screen.

- Set delete flag to segment record if particular task is mark to delete

- Get group number from PLANKO in case of routing creation

and group number is not there in internal table GT_SGT_PLKOS_DB

- Set a flag if there is any record to be maintain/change

- Call Function Module SGT_ROUTING_UPDATE in update task to update segmentation records

in database table SGT_PLKOS for routing
