Functionality

This function module allows the export of data to an external space management program.
The program is called via function module PLANOGRAM_DATA_EXPORT, which dynamically calls the function module assigned for data export in the space management profile in Customizing.

First, function module WS_DOWNLOAD is used to create an ASCII file with the relevant key fields.
Then function module WS_EXECUTE is used to call the external space management program.

The following information is written in sequence to the ASCII file:

• Customer

• Layout module

• Layout module version

• Layout module variant

• Date for price determination/listing check

• Indicator 'Carry out listing check'

• Indicator 'Carry out layout check'

• Indicator for whether all customers to which the layout module is assigned are to be selected

• Indicator for whether no customer is to be selected, and therefore only article master data is read and exported

• Class for a customer grouping

• Class type (hierarchy or grouping)

• Indicator for whether the version is to be selected by date

Notes

All key fields are always written to the ASCII file, regardless of whether they contain data or not.

All selection parameters except key fields Layout module and Date are contained in structure CONTROLS.
