Functionality

You use this function module to export data to an external space management program.

For calling, function module PLANOGRAM_DATA_EXPORT is used, which dynamically calls the function module assigned for data export in the space management profile in Customizing.
This method calls MS Excel and exports the material data previously selected via method PLANOGRAM_DATA_READ to MS Excel via OLE. In this, separate tables are created for the header data and item data. The data can then be exported from MS Excel to the space management program.
This module can be used as a template for customer-specific modules.

Notes

  • The header data and item data is written to separate tables in MS Excel.
  • In MS Excel, the relevant entries must be made for using several tables.
  • Recommended for the data export to MS Excel via OLE:
  • Working memory of at least 32 MB RAM

  • At least 100 MB free hard disk memory
