Functionality

This function module provides the information about the overall availability of liquidity. It provides the information for Open items for customers and vendors including additional cash positions (memo records). It displays the Company code, Fiscal Year, Display currency, Planned Currency, Account Type and Planning level for the given Company code. The Planning Date should be less than or equal to current date.

Notes

The Company code and display currency are mandatory input parameters. For a given combination of company code, planning level, planned currency, fiscal year, account type, the total amount is calculated in Display Currency.

Further information

The SMB_UIE_OPENITEMS_LT structure with table type SMB_UIE_OPENITEMS_TT is used for export table .The global table GT_OPEN_ITEMS is used to access directly if the given the company code is already available in global table to avoid hitting the DB. Display Currency.
