SMGF_DDIC_TABL_GET - Returns DDIC-information about tables

Functionality

The functionality is similar to DDIF_TABL_GET. The difference is that

in the active version of a table no includes and appends as fields

apear and in the inactive version all includes and appends are resolved

to the fields they contain.
