SMOE_GROUP_ADD - RFC: Add SMOGROUP

Functionality

Inserts the records given by table IO_GROUP into the database.

Checks in function module:

• Unique check for field GROUP_NAME.

• System information fields SMOHGROUP, TR_USER, DELETED are filled automatically.
