Functionality

Inserts the records given by tables IO_SMOHSUBSCR, IO_SMOHSUBSIT and IO_SMOHVALUES into the database.

If I_NOCOMMIT='T' the calling function module has to set the commit.

Checks in function module:

• The records are inserted by calling function modules 'SMOE_SUBSCR_ADD', 'SMOE_SUBSIT_ADD' and 'SMOE_VALUES_ADD'.

• If I_NOCOMMIT='T' the function module sets no commit.
