SMO_ACTIVATE_TABLE - Activates Table+Data Elements + Domains

Functionality

Function imports the table name and collects all associated

data elements and domains from DDIC,adds object type and stores them

in table SMOG_TACOB and then calls the mass activator RDDMASG0 to

activate them.
