SPOOL_ES_CREATE - spools the creation of a service entry sheet

Functionality
User activity on the Local system creates a Purchase Order.
The local document number REQNO and the PO_Number to be used on the Core system is imported to this module.
This function module calls function module SPOOL_PO_CREATE_DO, which will create a Purchase Order directly on the Core System.
If there any errors when trying to do this then the spooler will submit a job to create a PO later using function SPOOL_CREATE_JOB.
The job may be resubmitted a number of times if there are problems.
